Preparation Step
Before the application of ceramic coating and PPF, we will include the below steps :
- Pre-soak vehicle to loosen grime and contaminants.
- Removal of bug splash and road tar.
- Wheels, arches and tyres cleaned.
- Badges, grills and guards cleaned.
- High pressure rinse and pH neutral snow foam wash of entire vehicle.
- Paint decontamination treatment for removal of all bonded contaminants, which cannot be removed with a traditional wash.
- Different stage Paint Correction depends on paint condition, (additional cost may apply ), for removal of all light-medium swirl marks/scratches & gloss enhancement. Some deeper scratches may remain.
- Removal of all remaining oils and residues, leaving a perfect base to work on.
Maintenance
- To increase the durability of your vehicles coating or PPF, we encourage following the steps below.
- Weekly or fortnightly washing with pH Neutral shampoos. You can purchase these from your local automotive stores.
- Avoid washing with a brush as this will damage the coating and cause swirl marks.
- Avoid laser car washes that utilise harsh chemicals to break down dirt.
- Bird droppings are highly acidic and must be removed immediately.
- Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods (UV resistance fades over time).Park in a garage or shaded area when possible
- Every 3-6 months, apply a ceramic coating topper (like CarPro Reload, Gyeon Cure, or Gtechniq Liquid Crystal) to refresh hydrophobic properties.
- These help replenish the SiO2 layer and extend protection.
